Detoxing

Detoxing is important for overall health. our bodies experience more toxins now than ever, from plastic to pesticides on produce and in other commonly consumed foods. Add that to our lifestyle chices of alcohol and smoking or drugs and our bodies bulk up to protect our internal organs.


Ever wonder why you work out like a feen and still can’t shed the weight? You detox and lose weight but rebound?

If this sounds familiar I can explain. We live in a toxic environment (and town if you live in the Red Lake area). Your bodies are flooded with free radicals and your bodies defense mechanism is to surround those toxins with fats to protect your organs.

You exercise you create oxidative stress without proper constant detoxification to clean it up the cycle continues. The diagram below shows what’s going on in your body but with a proper detox and maintenance plan you can detox and keep it off!
